Heritage Open Day 2017 - King's Lynn

Heritage Open Day in King's Lynn - 10am - 4pm Sunday, September 10th

King's Lynn town will be celebrating this annual event once again showcasing local history and architecture, with over 60 places of interest open for free throughout the day. Along with special events including children's activities, guided talks, music, dancing and much more!

This event offers fun for all the family, with buildings and sites open that are usual shut to the public, including the popular World War II Air Raid shelter underneath the Tuesday Market Place. There is also a Medieval Market happening across the whole weekend on the Saturday Market Place, with a classic car event also in the town on the Sunday too.

Throughout the day, a veteran bus has been arranged, free of charge for everyone to use. Enabling easy travel throughout the town to ensure you can get the most out of this jam-packed day.
